Great Shop!!!. I contacted Morgan at Piedmont after another shop failed to do the Weldtec suspension upgrade on my Jayco 24b class C RV. Working with Morgan, the difference was night and day. Great communication and flexible with my timing on getting my rig to his shop. Morgan and his team are professional, friendly, courteous and most of all, extremely knowledgeable. Mark and Morgan explained every detail of the work performed. It was a pleasure dealing with them. Piedmont has a large shop. A gated parking area, and do alignments in house which is a real plus. I’m very satisfied with the entire process. Thanks again !!!!

Expert shop and staff. Broad spectrum of service and associated knowledge base. Performed a number of jobs and I've been more than happy with the work and experience. Worth the wait. Would highly recommend.

I have a 2023 Ford Transit extended high roof van, even though it had the Ford adventure package, I was looking for an upgraded suspension for the van for some serious off-road adventures. After watching some YouTube videos and researching the subject, I contacted WeldTec about some ideas. They recommended their “Ford Transit Trail Hero” system. I live in Florida, and I was looking for an experienced installer, and they recommended Piedmont Performance in North Carolina. I worked with Morgan (Owner) on getting the parts and setting up an installation date. I want to thank Morgan, Mark, Jacob, David, and the others at Piedmont Performance for an excellent installation. The people at Piedmont Performance did a fantastic job on the installation. They are very passionate about automobiles and doing a quality job. I would highly recommend them for any suspension work.

I bought an 07 F350 6.0L from a used truck dealer in Garner, NC. The dealer did not have a diesel mechanic on site and sent the truck up the road for some needed repairs before listing for sale. They installed a new turbo and alternator and made a few other minor repairs. I took delivery of the truck knowing there was white smoke coming from the exhaust pipe but the dealer explained that was oil burning off the new turbo. After running the truck to Augusta, GA and back for an out-of-town job and driving it for about a week I lost power, lost boost, and eventually lost all the oil and coolant. Needless to say I was beside myself and thought the truck was doomed. I’m a hard-working blue-collar guy who doesn’t have a lot of money. I really believed that I got a deal on this truck but now suspected I bought somebody else’s problems. I purchased the truck ‘no warranty as is’ believing the dealer’s explanation of the smoking exhaust. So I took the truck to my local diesel professional, Morgan at Piedmont Performance Diesel & Off-road. They quickly determined that the turbo had been incorrectly installed and the EGR was bad.
